SECTION 13 - USER GENERATED CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY WARRANTIES

If you submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any designs, images, text, logos, or other content ("User Content") for custom print-on-demand apparel or any other products on our website, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are the sole and exclusive owner of all rights to the User Content, or you have obtained all legally required licenses, permissions, consents, and authorizations to use, reproduce, and authorize us to manufacture products using such content; (b) The User Content does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (c) We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, remove, or refuse to print any User Content that we believe may violate these Terms or any applicable laws, without prior notice.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FEITENGDA TRADE LIMITED and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), made by any third-party due to or arising out of:
